A one-time prescriber registration with HCPverify.com allows you to download, e-sign, and submit the LUMRYZ Prescription Form electronically.
In addition to eRx, you may be able to call in a verbal order or fax in a written Rx. The prescriber is to comply with state-specific prescription requirements such as e-prescribing, state-specific prescription form, fax language, etc.
